Track initiative and correct scores during combat

Use initiative controls to follow turn order, preserve manual scores and make corrections without restarting the encounter.

Choose scores or roll

The initiative panel supports starting with existing scores or rolling initiative. Start with scores keeps manual entries; the dice control rolls. Choose the option that matches how your group established the order.

Correct the number inline

Scores can be edited inline. Players control their own player tokens, while the GM can manage all tokens. Corrections preserve the active token and current round instead of treating the encounter as a new fight.

That matters when a forgotten modifier is discovered after someone has acted. Correct the number, then let the existing combat state continue. A score edit should not grant a second turn or unlock a restricted death-save turn.

Keep advancement deliberate

The GM advances turns using the current order. Automatic spell timers and repeated saves can depend on turn boundaries, so advancing is more than moving a highlight. Discuss pauses and corrections before clicking through several turns. Other players’ private score information is not a reason to share whole character sheets publicly.

Quick steps

  1. Enter scores or choose the dice control.
  2. Start the encounter with the intended order.
  3. Correct a score inline when needed.
  4. Advance turns deliberately.
