Try the D&D tabletop with a free account
The playable guest demo uses fictional characters and in-memory state, letting you explore the tabletop without changing a saved campaign.
An actual playable scene
Choose Try the demo on the homepage and create an account or sign in. The separate demo contains the app’s tabletop, not a prerecorded tour. Drag a token or click a character. The controls expose maps, dice, initiative and character panels in the same visual style as the saved game.
What happens to demo changes?
Demo play stays in memory. Refresh the page to start the scene again. Although an account is required to enter, the demo uses fictional characters and does not load or change your private campaigns.
Use this space to try a roll or inspect a spell without worrying about your real characters. Open the app when you are ready to create or join a saved campaign.
A separate practice space
The Try the demo button opens a separate practice scene after you create an account or sign in. Demo play does not require a payment or start a campaign subscription. Use Demo · Open app to return to your saved campaigns.
Quick steps
- Choose Try the demo, then create an account or sign in.
- Move a token and open its character panel.
- Try dice or initiative controls.
- Refresh the demo page to start over.
