How do I move menus and make the interface easier to read?
Floating panels can be repositioned, and Accessibility & privacy offers device-specific controls for text, contrast and motion.
Step by step
- Drag a floating panel by its header or grip, not by a form field or scrollbar.
- Focus the grip and use arrow keys to move a supported panel with the keyboard. Home resets its placement.
- Collapse or close panels you are not using to make room around the map.
- Open Accessibility & privacy from the app menu.
- Choose higher contrast, larger interface text, simpler heading fonts or reduced motion, then return to the app.
Your layout stays on your device
Dice, initiative, roll history, character panels and supported dialogs use movable headers. Their positions do not rearrange the GM’s or another player’s screen. Panels are constrained to the viewport; after a window resize, move or reset a panel if its placement feels awkward.
YouTube uses its own dock and visibility requirements. Moving another menu over the video can affect playback even though both panels are movable.
Choose the controls that help you
Accessibility modes can be combined. Browser zoom and operating-system settings are useful too. Higher-contrast interface controls do not recolour uploaded map artwork, and changing fonts does not change your character’s statistics.
Known accessibility limits
Some spatial map actions still need better keyboard and nonvisual alternatives. These options do not make the whole app fully accessible for every disability. The accessibility statement lists known limitations and a support contact. If a control is hidden, report the panel, screen size and task you were trying.
Privacy and account help
The same preferences page lets eligible adults manage optional analytics, download a basic account-data copy and submit privacy or content requests. These requests are handled by the operator; they do not instantly erase a campaign or cancel a subscription. Use Campaign billing → Manage billing to stop renewal.
